Susan founded the consultancy in September 2006. Susan is a confident, enthusiastic, charismatic individual who strives and achieves success. Susan has worked in a variety of sectors such as call centre, financial sector, sales, education and training.

Her presentation, communication and training skills are second to none. Susan is a qualified Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, TFT Practitioner and adult trainer with 20 years customer service experience.
